EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE COACHING

Emotional intelligence coaching sessions are designed to help individuals understand and manage their emotions effectively, leading to personal growth and improved relationships. In these sessions, clients work closely with Lauren to explore various aspects of emotional intelligence, such as mindfulness, self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills. Private coaching sessions are open to adults, teens and preteens.

 

These sessions typically begin with an initial assessment of the client's current emotional intelligence and an exploration of their goals and challenges. From there, Lauren will guide you through exercises and discussions aimed at developing key emotional intelligence competencies. Clients may learn techniques for recognizing and labeling their emotions, strategies for managing stress, and ways to cultivate empathy and improve communication skills. Through targeted exercises and feedback, clients gain insight into their emotional patterns and habits, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.

Guided Meditation

PRIVATE MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION SESSIONS

In a private mindfulness and meditation class, clients embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace guided by Lauren. These sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore mindfulness practices and meditation techniques tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Learn to cultivate present-moment awareness through techniques such as mindful breathing, body scans, and sensory awareness. They also explore different meditation styles, such as loving-kindness meditation, mindfulness of emotions, or guided visualizations, depending on their interests and preferences.

Throughout the class, Lauren offers guidance and encouragement, helping clients deepen their understanding of mindfulness and meditation and refine their practice. Clients also receive tips for integrating mindfulness into their daily lives, fostering a greater sense of calm, clarity, and resilience.

GROUP PROGRAMS & EVENTS
